The position is explicit in clause 4.2 of the terms on skyhills6.com, dated 22 January 2026: the United Kingdom is a restricted territory. Clause 4.4 goes further, claiming that deposits made by people in restricted territories are forfeited and won’t be returned. More significantly, on 22 October 2026 the Dutch regulator, the Kansspelautoriteit, announced a €37 million fine against EOD Code SRL for unlicensed Dutch gambling activity across websites including skyhills.com. Its investigation also names Instantcasino, Slotmonster, Betiro and several other brands. The sanction page dates the fine decision to 6 October 2026 and says an objection can be made: this is an announced regulatory decision, not a claim that all appeal rights have ended.

That action concerns the Netherlands, not a British finding, and the fine covers the wider operation rather than SkyHills alone. Even with those qualifications, it carries more weight for me than a generic claim of being fully licensed.
