The OJOplus balance grows when you place real-money bets. It is separate from the main cash balance until you collect it, at which point it moves into real money and can be played or withdrawn. The return is based on the amount bet, not simply on losses, so a winning bet can earn it too. There is no single cashback percentage covering the whole casino.

The help page divides games into three return categories, shown by one, two or three OJO+ symbols. Three symbols represent the highest return for the same stake. The contract says the percentage for each game can change. Bingo is more specific: its help page advertises 3% back on ticket purchases.
